We have a 11000+㎡ research center, including 2500㎡ new drug preclinical research laboratory (including P2 lab), fully equipped with advanced equipment and digital data management system, and we have CNAS quality management system, and introducing advanced GLP management concept. The experimental operations are strictly complied with ICH and NMPA guidelines to ensure the efficient operation of the whole process of the laboratory, and able to conduct multiple animal experiments at the same time and ensure the integrity and accuracy of experiments data.

PROTAC target protein degradation test

Caremo can detect the target of PROTAC drugs. PROTAC action mechanism is distinguished from traditional drugs which are relied on binding of molecules and target proteins. PROTAC mainly depends on the proximity of E3 ligase and target protein, thereby to degrade the target protein, The drug is evaluated through the detection of cell level and protein level.
