Nanjing Caremo Biomedical Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2020 by Dr. Zhang Xiaoqing, a member of the "Ten Thousand Talent Program" under the Central Organization Department of the CPC and former founder of Huawe Pharmaceutical Group. Headquartered in Nanjing, Caremo is committed to providing global biotech and pharmaceutical enterprises with comprehensive, customizable R&D solutions. These services encompass professional technical support in preclinical research, CMC development, clinical trials, as well as customized development and innovative drug incubation investment domains.

Caremo provides one-stop, customizable solutions and comprehensive project management that cover the entire lifecycle from product initiation to commercialization, enabling efficient and rapid support for partners in advancing drug development processes. The company has assembled an R&D management team of over 500 professionals with extensive experience in preclinical research and CMC. More than 10,000 square meters of chemistry and P2 laboratories compliant with Chinese and U.S. regulatory standards, along with hundreds of large-scale instruments, have been put into operation. Additionally, a GLP R&D headquarters spanning over 35,000 square meters is currently under construction.
