Business Development
Job Description:
1. Achieve assigned sales targets from direct leadership in alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
2. Monitor market intelligence and industry trends to identify and secure beneficial partnership opportunities for the company.
3. Execute defined business development strategies and plans: conduct client visits, understand client needs, promote relevant services, lead business negotiations, and finalize partnership evaluations and contract execution.
Business Focus Areas:
1. Preclinical studies for novel drugs
2. Clinical Research (Bioequivalence (BE) + Confirmatory Clinical Trials)
3. Custom Chemical Synthesis (CCS)
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in R&D, marketing, or business development within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO companies is preferred.
3. Demonstrated execution capability, strong business negotiation skills, and excellent team collaboration. Possesses an international perspective and professional acumen within the field.
